4 core webinar sessions each lasting two and a half-hours, delivered Live Online via Zoom, over four consecutive weeks.
4 virtual coaching sessions to support your team with their assignments.

This program is designed for an intact team (with their leader) of up to 12 people - Not for leaders of leaders.

Prework required:

Upon registration, you will receive a link to watch a 5-minute video that will provide an overview of The 4 Disciplines of Execution. You will also need to provide a list of team members who will attend the session with you and access the 4DX OS app before the first session.
